Elite Position Player Camp 8/26

This one day camp on August 26th will allow position players to showcase their skills in front of the HCU Coaching Staff. Registration starts at 8:15 AM and the camp will start at 9:00 AM. Campers will receive direct hitting instruction / swing analysis from former MLB player, Astros Hall of Famer, and current HCU Head Baseball Coach Lance Berkman.

The morning session will include hitting rotations with campers hitting in the Husky Indoor Facility and on Husky Field. This session will last from approximately 9:00 AM - 12:15 PM. Campers will be allowed to break for lunch and then return at 1:15 PM for the start of the afternoon session which will include defensive instruction at the camper's primary position. To conclude the day campers will be split up into two teams and put through a simulated coach pitch or machine game on Husky Field.
